About refunds

If the product is found to be defective due to reasons attributable to us, such as damaged products upon receipt, and the User wishes to receive a refund instead of an exchange, the Company will refund the product price and shipping costs. Please note that shipping and payment processing charges will not be refunded in the event the User wishes to refund a product for their own reasons.

Credit card

Refunds will be processed once the charged amount is reprocessed or cancelled by the User's credit card company.

Other payment methods

Refunds will be made by wire transfer to a bank account specified by the User.

Refunds for products with free shipping

For products with free shipping and products above ¥30,000 delivered with free shipping, the shipping cost (set by region) will be deducted from the refundable amount.
